An Gorta Mór (The Great Hunger) Coming home

Year 7 visited the An Gorta Mór (The Great Hunger) Coming home exhibition in the Glass works. This is the biggest collection of famine related artwork in the world. Pupils very grateful to view the artwork and  for the knowledgeable Ms Jackie O Hara who led pupils on a guided tour. Pupils found this exhibition poignant and moving. Thank you to all involved in the exhibition and a big thank you to Ms O' Hara for an inspirational morning!
