Steelstown Primary will be taking part in Math’s Week Ireland. Our aim is to promote Numeracy skills and encourage pupils to see Math’s in their everyday environment. All pupils will be taking part in fun interactive and engaging Math’s activities. Pupils in Year 3-7 will be taking part in Mathletics challenges as part of their homework. Pupils should be aiming to get 1000 points and get a place on the world Leader board! We are hopeful with lots of parental support our school will be listed in the top ten schools.
