May is the month of Mary and at Steelstown PS we celebrated with praying the 12 Spiritual Acts of Love to Crown the Mother of God, a parish programme by Our Lady of Lourdes, Steelstown. On 31st May we met in the church as a school community, laid flowers at Mary’s feet, prayed the Fifth Glorious Mystery together, sang praise to Mary and crowned the Mary statue.
