World Mental Health Day

Today at our school, we celebrated World Mental Health Day by wearing yellow to show that we care about our wellbeing and each other.

Everyone took part in wonderful activities to help us look after our minds and hearts:

Circle Time – sharing thoughts and feelings.

Writing worries for our Worry Box and Worry Monsters.

Enjoying a special toast treat together.

Know Yourself, Grow Yourself activities to explore our emotions.

Fun Brain Breaks and dancing to keep our bodies and minds happy!
