This week we have been busy exploring shapes and how they can fit together. We tried to name the shape and counted the sides on each magnetic shape. We also used big and small blocks to explore height and length. Working together,we made tall towers and houses and had some tools to help us construct the buildings.
Some of us were busy sorting everyday items and making Christmas shapes with playdough. Our reindeers were made using circles (plates) and we had fun taking turns rolling the ball to each other; sometimes we had to roll it far and sometimes close.
At our small world we used long and short hoses and ladders.
