Some children from the Eco-Committee litter pick daily in our school grounds. They noticed lots of litter was blowing in from outside the school and that there were no bins nearby.
The Eco-Committee decided to contact Derry City Council to see if they could help and they were delighted to receive a positive response.
A new litter bin and a dog waste bin were put up outside the front of the school last week.
