Nursery visit the Playtrail
5th Feb 2019
The boys and girls from our Nursery took part in Forest School Programme on Monday.
Ciara and Emma were very helpful. We looked at lots of different leaves and felt the jaggy holly. We heard that the leaves from the bushes used to make medicine and that it is dangerous to eat red berries. We saw the hedgehog and fox and heard how the hedgehog keeps himself safe. There were wooly worms on the path and we had to find them , wake them up and then hide them in the woods. There were lots of fairy houses in the woods.
We also got to feed the chickens and the rooster.
