This week P4B learned about reflective symmetry by creating symmetrical patterns on peg boards in pairs. They then transferred their designs independently onto a pegboard template in their Maths Topic Books and checked their symmetry using mirrors, giving them the opportunity to self assess their work. We are developing a culture of independent learners through active learning and exploration. Great job P4!
